We explore challenging math concepts, both independently and collaboratively, and participate in math contests, including Math Olympiad, Math Is Cool, and MOEMS. ART DOCENT PROJECT #1 TRAINING:   Docents, it’s time to train on our first project! We will meet Friday at 9:15am in Room 201. Any and all docents are invited to attend project meetings; the lead docent for each project MUST attend to see how the material is taught, how it is differentiated by grade level, practice with the materials and troubleshoot with the group. Get ready for self portraits!

6th GRADE CAMP FUNDRAISING:   Sixth Graders go to Camp Orkila April 8-9-10. We need leaders & volunteers to help with our fundraising goal of $4,000 to lower the per student cost to $150. The activities are tried and true and just need parent support! ALL families are welcome to purchase and/or sell Brown Bear Car Wash tickets. Order forms went home last week.
