  • Contact the President with general questions about our PTSA.
  • The Vice President, Events is lead in events coordination; will help you find an event where you can volunteer, donate supplies, and find the right contact for specific events.
  •  The Treasurer is the holder of the checkbook and will answer questions about reimbursements or payments. If you are proposing a new opportunity or something not currently budgeted for, contact the President.
  • The Secretary manages historical PTSA information.  Meeting Agendas and Minutes have our record of PTSA proceedings.

  • The Volunteer Engagement Chair can help you find a volunteer position that matches your skills and schedule with the PTSA’s needs.
  • Contact the Membership Coordinator with questions about joining or making a donation to the PTSA.
  • Contact the Grants Chair with questions regarding the MP PTSA grants program providing one-time funding to support enrichment and academic program enhancements.
  • The Club Coordinator will answer questions about PTSA clubs or enrichment programs.
  • Contact the Newsletter Editor if you’d like to submit an announcement, photo, or other news to be included in the monthly Cheetah Newsletter.
  • Shoreline PTA Council – FACE/DEI (Family And Community Engagement / Diversity Equity Inclusion) has two Co-Chairs, Susie Moore and Michelle Harris.  Local PTAs and councils are committing to being anti-racist and look within to end practices that adversely affect our BIPOC students, families, and communities.
  • Shoreline PTA Council – Legislative Advocacy provides quick, easy ways to communicate with legislators, as well as other information or updates relevant to advocacy work.
  • Shoreline PTA Council – Hi-Cap Advocacy focuses on community building and increasing awareness of the academic/social/emotional needs of Hi-Cap students.
