Calling all K-6 Cheetahs! The Yearbook Club would like your design ideas for the 2016-17 yearbook cover! This year’s yearbook theme is, “Keep Calm and Cheetah On.”
If you’d like a chance for your artwork/design to be featured on the cover, submit it (scanned or photo) to moogie1221@gmail.com by THURSDAY, MARCH 2nd. Please include: Student Name, Grade/Teacher, and Contact Info (Email and Phone Number).
NOTE: All submitted artwork must be original ideas and created entirely by the student.
After we receive all submissions, the Yearbook Club will review your artwork and make a decision based on: Interpretation of the theme, Technical skill, and Origi.

There will be Nepalese music, dancing, and food for kids, families, and all to enjoy! Come meet your neighbors and learn about different cultures. Saturday, March 4th will focus on Nepal, in partnership withYouth for Culture Promotion, a cultural arts organization led by Shoreline resident Subhash Prajapati. The City of Shoreline is committed to ensuring a welcoming and safe community for all.
Evening Program:
6:00pm – Community Potluck, including Nepalese dishes
6:45pm – Nepal Information Slideshow: Learn about Nepal’s history, country, and culture
7:00pm – Nepalese Musical Performance & Drumming lesson
7:45pm – Nepalese Dance lesson & Audience Participation
8:30pm – Close
MP School Play “Tall Tales”
March 3rd and 4th – MP Drama Club performance of Tall Tales. Performance is at Shorewood HS Performing Arts Center at 7:00 pm. Tickets are $8/adult and $5/students. Flyers went home in kid mail if you want to buy pre-sale tickets. All proceeds help cover drama club expenses. Great family fun for all ages!
Support the 6th Grade Camp Donation Effort!
~To bring the cost of camp down for all, raising funds for your 6th grade community~
Our goal is to bring the overall cost down for all campers from $175 to $150, by raising $2,500 by March 10.

3. Enter your skyward user id and password
4. Click on your Meridian Park student
5. Click on Items at student’s school
6. Click on donations
7. Enter your donation at “Donations to Help Defray the Cost of Camp”
