HEARING AND VISION SCREENINGS: Washington State law requires schools to conduct auditory and visual screenings for elementary students in grades K, 1, 2, 3, and 5. Our wonderful school nurse, Tama, will be continuing screenings this week on the following schedule:

  • Monday, 10/28 –  9:30AM –  12:30PM & 1:00-3:30PM
  • Wednesday, 10/30 –  9:30AM – 12:30PM
  • Friday, 11/1 – 9:30AM – 12:30PM; 1:00-3:30PM

Can you volunteer? No experience is necessary and training will be provided. It is preferred for volunteers to work most/all of a shift (because of the training involved). However, if you can’t stay the whole time, simply add that comment on your sign up. If you have questions, please contact Nurse Tama at 393-4124 or tama.leahy@shorelineschools.org. View the available shifts and sign up HERE. Thank you!
