MP Update for March 29
Remote or In-Person, and with flexibility and compassion, we honor the stories, strengths, and needs of all students and families: One Community, Stronger Together.
PICTURE DAY is THIS Thursday
This is for ALL students remote and in-person! Please see below for complete information.
Family Night THIS Thursday
6:30 via Zoom
‘Determination’ Story & Activity
Join us for a live reading of Xochitl and the Flowers by Jorge Argueta. Craft activity, too! This dual-language picture book will be read in English and Spanish by Annie Gage and Julia Viveros Benavides. This is a wonderful story of determination, hard work, and neighbors working together. While the intended audience is students grades K-3, all are invited and welcome! Watch for collage craft materials in your classroom bags or if you would like supplies contact annie.gage. We hope to see you Thursday night!
The Read-a-Thon T-Shirt Design Contest will run Monday, March 29th, through Monday, April 12th. You can read all of the information at https://tinyurl.com/wscunnju. You can watch an informational video of Jenny Hillger, MP librarian, explaining the process at https://tinyurl.com/ma8pfu4v.
