Shoreline Hi Cap Advocacy Group Session
The Shoreline Hi Cap Advocacy Group (S.H.A.G.) will be hosting an informal drop-in session for new parents to inquire about Highly Capable services on Thursday, May 3, from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the Richmond Beach Library meeting room (19601- 21st Ave NW). This will be an excellent opportunity for prospective parents to ask questions and to meet current Hi Cap parents from both our magnet schools and neighborhood schools. Please stop by! Yearbook Information
The yearbook staff is looking for more of your photos for this year’s MP yearbook. Please email photos of your students’ classrooms, field trips, and events to mpptsayearbook@gmail.com. We are especially in need of photos from the variety show, Patrol, Walk-a-thon, clubs, band and orchestra, and photos of your kids “giving back.” We are also looking for parent volunteers. This year we are going to be doing the Cheetah Choice online. Go to https://goo.gl/forms/bVhpRXxvaQ4PshTN2
and help your child/children fill out the 2018 cheetah choice survey. If you have more than one child at Meridian Park, you will need to fill it out with a different gmail account for each child. If you would prefer or you don’t use gmail, there will be hard copies of the cheetah choice in the lobby. The deadline for submissions is April 22nd. Yearbook pre-orders went home in your kid mail last week. Pre-ordered books will be $17. Supplies are limited, so make sure to get your pre-order form in! Extra books will be sold the last week of school for $20.
