Our first annual Winter Ball is right around the corner on January 18th from 6:00-8:00 and the PTSA needs volunteers to help decorate and run the event and clean up. Concessions sales will be managed and cleaned up by the kindergarten team’s volunteers.
Available slots:
15 volunteers needed for decorating and set-up 3:30-5:30 (kids welcome and will be expected to chip in)
2 volunteers needed for bouncer role (have fun but also make sure kids aren’t wrecking decorations, running, etc.) in gym 6:00-7:00
2 volunteers needed for bouncer role (have fun but also make sure kids aren’t wrecking decorations, running, etc.) in gym 7:00-8:00
2 volunteers needed for bouncer role (helping karaoke run smoothly, making sure kids are meeting expectations) in cafeteria 6:00-7:00
2 volunteers needed for bouncer role (helping karaoke run smoothly, making sure kids are meeting expectations) in cafeteria 7:00-8:00
10 volunteers needed clean up gym and shut down event
