We hope you will all come to the “Fall Harvest & Cultural Fest” this Thursday, October 27 from 5:45-8pm. This event is a blast – there are fun activities at cultural booths, carnival games, a DIY photo booth, pie and other desserts at the dessert buffet (please bring a pie or a family traditional dessert!), face painting, amazing entertainment on the stage, and a thrilling (nudge nudge, wink wink) flash mob at the end of the night! The 6th grade will sell pizza so you won’t go hungry. Entertainment includes Highland dancers, a martial arts demo, STRUM ukulele band and hula dance performers, a Native American musician and storyteller and much more!If you can help with the event, especially clean up, please e-mail Julie Reinhardt at julie@shesmoke.com or call 206-331-8279.
Thank you from the teachers! To all who participated in the Soup and Sandwich lunch buffet last Thursday. It was a perfect day to treat our teachers! Next teacher appreciation is in December and will involve cookies!

Meridian Park Math Club registration is now closed. Our classes are full, with more than 60 students, and for the past 4 weeks we have been preparing for our first contests of the year. We thank the MP community for its overwhelming interest and support. Non club members who are interested in math contests may be interested in the Shoreline Math Olympiad. This contest is free and open to all grade 4-8 students in Shoreline. More info on that contest coming soon.
