We had super week back from break and your students are simply amazing. Next Wednesday morning, we will have a special assembly preview of our PTA play, Out of the Woods; and we are excited for the show next weekend. Thanks to Susan, helpers, and everyone involved. If needed, please contact or confirm your parent/teacher conference date/time with your teacher starting March 8. No school on March 7, and please double check your 11:45 am dismissal and afternoon care plans! Thank you for sharing your students with us.

Mar. 4 and 5 – MP Drama Production of “Out of the Woods” at Shorewood H.S. 7:00pm
Mar. 6 – Movie Event “The Mask You Live In” 5pm at Shoreline Auditorium 18560 1st Ave NE Purchase movie event tickets here: http://themaskyoulivein.bpt.me Also, Stacksburgers will be at the movie event from 3:30 -6pm. http://stacksburgers.com/menu On-site child care will be provided by the YMCA from 4:30-8, when you purchase child care your movie ticket is free. The movie is not appropriate for children under 14. Older students who come to the movie are free.

Please come support the MP Drama Club and Dandylyon Productions as they present “Out of the Woods” at Shorewood H.S. on Friday, March 4 and Saturday March 5 at 7:00pm. Ticket order forms went home in kidmail before mid-winter break and they are on the MP PTSA website under “Forms.” Tickets available to purchase at the door pending availability. PERFORMANCE ARTS
Performance Arts Club (formerly Circus Arts) begins on March 8th and continues every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8:15 to 9:00. Performance Arts focuses on skill building in jump rope, juggling, diabolo (Chinese Yoyo), unicycles, dance, pogo sticks, stilts and more. Club culminates with a performance at the Meridian Park Spring Open House/Family Fun Night on April 14th. Performance Arts is open to 4th-6th grade students. Permission slips are available in the main office.
