KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION FOR 2016-17 BEGINS
Kindergarten registration for Shoreline residents with students starting kindergarten in the fall of 2016 will begin Monday, February 1st at all elementary schools. You will need to register at your neighborhood/home school. In order to attend kindergarten in the fall, a child must be five years old by August 31, 2016.
PTSA BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING – February 2
Please join us for the February BOD Meeting on Tuesday February 2 from 7:00-8:30pm in the Library. General PTSA business will be discussed. All are welcome.
SKATING PARTY – February 11 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm
Join us for a MP skating party at Lynnwood Bowl & Skate, 6210 200th St. SW, Lynnwood. Admission is $6.50 which includes quad skate rental. Pay an additional $3.00 for in line skates. Parents are encouraged to participate. No drop-offs allowed. Feel free to bring your helmet! Hope to see you there!

Our theme this month is ‘courage,’ and I hope you will discuss it as a family. This past week we hosted the kindergarten tour and it was great to meet and welcome kindergarten families for Fall 2016 and the Class of 2029. Kindergarten registration starts this week and continues into the fall. If you have neighbors who might not realize registration begins this week, please encourage them to contact us. We are open to all families who live in our area and want to attend school here. Remember: Semester report cards will be sent home on February 12 and conferences will be held on March 8-11.
