Hello MP Families!
Please join us tonight, Tuesday, April 7th for the Meridian Park PTSA General Membership meeting at 7pm in the Library. There will be a short business agenda, including election of 2015-2016 officers. Our educational speaker for the evening will be Chuck Goodwin, the Safety & Emergency Preparedness Coordinator for the Shoreline School District.
Mr. Goodwin will be providing an update on how the school district has been moving forward with emergency preparedness since theJanuary 7th security incident that happened on the Meridian Park campus. He will also be presenting a program called "Crisis Intervention for Shoreline Schools: What to do and say in the first 3 minutes to 3 hours”. Snacks and free childcare provided by the Dale Turner YMCA. All MP PTSA meetings are open to the public.
