The Meridian Park Outstanding Educator was awarded our librarian Jenny Hillger. Jenny is a teacher to each and every student in the school! She plans lessons each week to enhance what the students are learning in the classroom. Jenny organizes and runs two book fairs each year to raise money for the library as well as organizes the PTSA Read-A-Thon. She is also a PTSA/Teacher liaison. Jenny is always there to help with student projects and finding information. We love her enthusiasm and excitement about reading and she certainly passes it along to all the children at Meridian Park. She is always looking at new and innovative ways to keep the children engaged and learning with technology. Jenny is also a huge supporter of school activities and runs our school website as well as organizes many slideshows used at assemblies. Meridian Park loves Jenny and all she does for our school!
