Registration is open for February 2014 testing for Shoreline’s Highly Capable (HiCap) program. To sign up your grade 2–5 student for this testing, visit the HiCap Web site. Information on registering your 1st grader will be mailed to households in late November. Registration for February testing will end at the end of the day on December 18, 2013.
